Our team in Canada operates entirely remotely, whereas our India-based team uses a hybrid approach. We've adopted this model since our inception, even before the COVID pandemic, highlighting our dedication to providing flexibility and work-life balance for our staff. Our operations and practices are refined using cloud-based and collaborative technologies. Our Canadian team, largely located in BC's Lower Mainland, meets in person at mutually convenient locations as and when necessary.
